The Firm is headed by principal member Robert W. (Bob) Wolper and also includes his chief paralegal, Beth Gilinsky, and several “of counsel” attorneys who offer assistance in trusts and estates, land use, litigation and other services the Firm’s clients may need. In addition to his law practice, Bob also cultivates a vast referral network which he uses to connect his clients to the personal or professional resources they may need.
The Firm maintains a general commercial practice with particular concentration in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, landlord/tenant leasing, commercial and residential real estate tax assessment reduction (tax certiorari), business formation and counseling and cooperative/condominium/homeowner association (HOA) representation.
Bob has been in practice for over 37 years. His practice encompasses the New York metropolitan area including Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties. He is admitted to practice in New York, before the United States District Court, Southern District of New York; and the Supreme Court of the United States.
He has a J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law where he was a member of the Syracuse Law Review. His undergraduate degree is from Union College in Schenectady, NY where he graduated cum laude.
